Alliance: Cassandra Brennor is in Boralus at the Tradewinds Market.Horde: You can find Xanjo in Dazar'alor at the Terrace of Crafters.Kul Tiran Leatherworking is the Alliance version and Zandalari Leatherworking is the Horde version. The new BfA Leatherworking skill is named differently for the two factions, but the name is the only difference between them. Leatherworking is the best combined with skinning, and I highly recommend to level these professions together because it will be a lot easier to get the needed materials if you have skinning.
